What does sofa orientation mean?
Our sectionals are available in two configurations. Left-hand facing means that when you look at the sofa, the chaise is on the left. Right-hand facing means that when you look at the sofa, the chaise is on the right. Some of our sofas are modular or reversible, which mean that the configuration can be either left or right-hand facing.
How do I know if the furniture will fit in my house?
The furniture on our website has dimensions that specify the width, depth and height of a product. You can use these dimensions to measure a space. Please make sure there will be enough clearance when it comes to corners, staircase ceiling height and elevator height.
Can I custom order with a different colour or fabric ?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option online at this moment, we are working on offering this service in the near future. You are more than welcome to visit our local retail stores to find out custom order options.
How long does it take to get my order?
Our friendly sales team will let you know the delivery time frame of your order. Although, most in-stock items are able to be shipped and delivered within 5-7 business days, some items may take longer. This is usually as they are located at our external warehouse, or they may be temporarily out of stock; If they are out of stock, we will contact you as soon as items arrive and arrange the furniture to be shipped. Special orders may take as long as 10-12 weeks. Please note: We endeavour to ensure manufacturer’s delivery times are accurate, but they are subject to change from time to time.

Online we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Local retail stores accept all payment methods.

Yes, for small parcel items, you will receive an email with tracking information once the item leaves our warehouse. You can make changes to your order at any time until your order has commenced processing for shipment. Please email or call us if you need to change your order.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your online order, please contact us with your order details, including order number and full name, so we can cancel your order prior to processing. However, if your order has left our warehouse for shipping, you will have to incur the shipping and return fees. Once a refund is processed, it may take up to 14 working days to appear in your account depending on your banking institution.What happens if something I order is out of stock?
Occasionally an item is sold out, yet still appearing available online. Our customer service team will contact and inform you regarding such matter. We will only ship the items you ordered that are available and include details about any excluded items and provide a refund. There will also be occasions where an item has come to the end of its life cycle and has been discontinued. In this case, there may not be further stock available of the item, but please speak to our customer service team who will happily help you look for an alternative piece that will look just right in your home.
How do I request some parts that are missing for my order?
Not to worry, our factory may have hidden them away to protect the finished product during transportation. Please ensure to check all packaging before disposing and zipped pockets underneath the couches. If you are still unable to locate them, please contact us immediately by email or calling us.
