We accept all major credit cards ( Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Apple pay). At this time we only accept credit card payment for billing address inside of North America.

Gift Card

Purchased gift cards may only be used for making purchases at both local MOOD. stores and online. The cards have no cash value and the value on the cards will not 
be replaced under any circumstances, if the card is lost, stolen, or destroyed. The use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

MOOD. gift cards are available for purchase at a minimum amount of $50 and up to $500, if you wish to purchase a gift card that exceeds the $500 amount,
please email us at info@moodhomeinteriors.com and we will assist you with this process. If you are buying a gift card for someone else, we will require their email address at checkout in order for them to access their gift card on our website.

Once you've completed all the steps for your gift card purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. In the case that you purchased someone
a gift card, they will also receive a confirmation email and a link to access their gift card. We also offer physical gift cards that can be mailed
out to that special someone. You can request one here. Click here.

In order for the giftee to access their gift card they will need to make an account. If they already have an account with MOOD., the card's value will be presented on the website. If you wish to purchase a gift card, click here.

When We Charge Payment 

You will be charged in full once your order has been placed online. If you decide to cancel the purchase before it is processed or shipped, you will receive a full refund.

Pre-Order 

When you've placed your order you will receive an invoice via email for confirmation. If the order is currently out of stock, we will inform

you with it's estimated arrival date. Once your order arrives at our warehouse you will receive a second email from us notifying you that your order
is ready to be shipped.Lastly, the third email will have your tracking number and confirmation that your package is on it's way.

Price Adjustment 

If an item you’ve purchased goes on sale within 30 days from the date of your purchase, we'll be happy to honor the sale price. Contact us with your order number and the specific item you’d like price adjusted. Please note we will only match sale prices during the relevant sale period.The only place to purchase MOOD. product are through local retail stores and on our website. Unfortunately, a number of companies have chosen to produce and sell similar-looking products. We do not price match for these products, as they are not genuine MOOD. products.

Confirmation 

A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after you place your order online. If you have not received it within 30 minutes of successfully placing your order, check your Junk email. If you still don't see it. Please contact us with your full name and order number and we will confirm your order for you.
